The revitalization serves as a prominent gateway to the university and Oklahoma City.

Cushing's parks appear to offer diverse activities, well-located and maintained, with few complaints. The city proactively conducted a professional review for future improvements, focusing on safety and public input. The master plan includes phased enhancements, funding options, and operational recommendations.

The City of Stillwater tasked CLS & Associates with a Parks Master Plan to improve play opportunities, establish an interconnected park system, ensure sustainability, and expand services without raising budgets. The process involved stakeholder interviews, an in-depth public input process, and on-site inspections.

Mustang Wild Horse Park is a beloved attraction in Mustang, and city leaders want it to continue evolving to meet community needs. The Master Plan was created through meetings with staff, on-site evaluations, and aims to define a vision, address current challenges, and introduce new amenities. It guides the systematic growth of $23 million in improvements, enhancing parking, roadways, facilities, play areas, trails, and recommending changes for efficiency and reduced maintenance.

The Kingfisher Trails Master Plan, designed by CLS, has been a game-changer for the community. This comprehensive plan has helped the trails system grow into a nearly ten-mile-long network that connects the community and provides opportunities for all. The trails also provide access to a range of historic, cultural, and natural landmarks, making them a popular destination for residents and visitors.
